1. Grassroots Initiative Status

IYIMHHSE | India's Youth Initiative for Menstrual Health, Hygiene, Sanitation & Environment is currently an unregistered, student-led youth collective. We are a volunteer group and do not operate as a registered NGO, trust, or society.

2. Voluntary Contributions

  • Purpose of Funds: All financial contributions submitted through this website are entirely voluntary. Funds are directly utilized to procure menstrual hygiene kits, eco-sanitation setup materials, and local campus/community drive supplies.
  • Not Tax-Deductible: Since we are an unregistered youth collective, contributions are not tax-exempt (e.g. under 80G in India or 501(c)(3) in the United States).

3. Payment Processing & Direct Peer-to-Peer Transfers

  • Direct UPI Protocol: Due to our status as a student-led, youth-run initiative, all voluntary support is processed direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P) via standard UPI ID transfer. We do not utilize commercial merchant payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe).
  • Security & Data Privacy: Because transfers occur directly inside your secure UPI banking app, our servers never request, process, or store credit/debit card details, net banking credentials, or bank account numbers.

4. Refund Policy

Since all contributions are direct P2P UPI transfers for voluntary grassroots support, transactions are generally non-refundable. If you believe a transaction occurred in error (such as a duplicate charge), please email us at contact@iyimhhse.org.in within 7 days with transaction details for verification.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Copyright Ownership: All designs, logos, graphics, and written content on this site are automatically copyrighted under international law by IYIMHHSE.
  • Permitted Use: You may distribute links to this site or share drive photos for non-commercial advocacy and awareness-raising purposes. Re-hosting, extracting website code, or replicating branding assets for commercial projects without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated timestamp.
